Schedule Your Covid-19 Test
We offer several types of rapid and PCR Covid-19 tests at our two locations: Leonard and Cascade. These are made available in in-office or drive-up appointments which you can schedule below.
If you prefer a drive-up appointment, you will need a telehealth call to discuss symptoms and insurance information prior to your drive up appointment. Please note that when scheduling a drive-up appointment, the time you choose is for your telehealth call. During the call we will offer you multiple same day appointments for a drive up testing.
We also accept walk-in appointments.
The following tests are offered at either location.
- Rapid antigen test – Results available in 15 minutes.
- Rapid RT-PCR – Valid for travel requirements. This is a RAPID PCR test. Result available in 2 hours.
- Standard PCR test – Results obtained in 24-48 hours.
