Online Appointments Now Available
See a Grand Rapids Urgent Care provider from the comfort of your own home! We’re offering telemedicine consultations so that you can
connect with our team when and where you need it most. Our telemedicine tool allows you to connect with us from a variety of different
platforms like your computer, laptop, tablet, or smartphone for fast, professional care. We can help with many different medical concerns
over encrypted video chat and ensure you’re getting the treatment you need without having to wait in line.
Telemedicine is not intended for emergency conditions. Dial 911 if your condition is life threatening.
Not every illness is appropriate for treatment via online consultation. Telemedicine can provide quick and easy care for mild symptoms and
conditions from your home, but if your situation is more severe, your provider might recommend you seek in-person care. If clinically
indicated, your provider can send a prescription to your pharmacy.
